Much earlier than I had anticipated, this 8.5x11" hardcover copy of my hard bodied copyhottie was furnished to me by my publisher! She's a beaut - some creative gloss-usage, lots and lots of matte black, a generous helping of snark, and some really gorgeous photography.
Every one of the 41 recipes is accompanied by a lovingly-recreated photograph of the food in the very scene from which it hails - pastel symmetry surrounding the Courtesan au Chocolat from Grand Budapest Hotel, husky teenage hands making tiramisu from Superbad, a card table festooned with cigars and red wine for the prison gravy from Goodfellas.
I'm looking forward to contributing to the coffee table renaissance of the twenty-teens!
